OSC Vietnam – 2011 Business Review and Reception of Second Class Labor Medal
The National Oil Services Company of Vietnam Limited on 31 Dec 2011 held a meeting to review its 2011 business activities and receive the Second Class Labor Medal awarded by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
Mr. Le Van Hung is giving the Second Class Labor Medal to the Board of Directors of the Palace Hotel.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Le Van Hung – Deputy Head; Vice Director of the Agency representing the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Vo Van Nam – Head of the Central Remuneration Board; Mr. Nguyen Duc Trong – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary General of the Enterprise Association and other comrades from the Provincial Remuneration Board and Labor Union of Vung Tau City
Mr. Thai Hong Cuong – General Director of OSC Vietnam spoke at the meeting that in spite of the difficult economic situation in Vietnam and in the world which gave a negative impact on the company business, OSC Vietnam reached and even far exceeded its set goals with a 34.99% increase in revenue against 2010 and profit reaching 108% over the year’s plan. The company fulfilled its tax obligation by contributing more than VND 80 billion to the state budget. Average income of employees reached VND 8.6 million/person/month
Thanks to its great effort and achievement, OSC Vietnam was honorably awarded the Noble Second Class Labor Medal by the President of Vietnam
